The body is made of stainless steel 18/10, the stem cast, stamp out 3 layers of wood that are glued to each other! An absolute rarity! Also suitable as a direct juicer. We recommend the use of the original Thuringian dumpling potato masher for pounding / crushing the potatoes. The large version can also be used as must and fruit press.
